Dwarves generally keep to the mountains, but some like to leave and search for glory through adventuring. They live in large kingdoms under the mountains and mine gold and ores to make weapons and jewelry.
A short and stout race, being half the height of the average Human but of the same weight, they generally make it up in personality and loudness.

Having lived underground for a great part of their lives, dwarves have become used to life in a cave. They know a lot about the underground and have little trouble seeing when there is low light.
